About Chris
Chris emphasizes the practitioner’s relationship with their inner-teacher as they take nonduality “off the cushion.”
By focusing on the direct experience rather than concepts, Chris views his role as one of introduction. His job is to foster the practitioner’s relationship with those direct experiences, which ultimately lead the way.
Quick to invite a relaxed approach that encourages participation in all of what it means to be human, Chris orients around the belief that we need not choose between advanced mindfulness and modern life. Rather, with a few simple recognitions - all of which can be accessed at any time - nondual mindfulness can bring us closer to our everyday experience and clarify the true nature of what relates to those experiences.
Though not required, donations may be made and will be used to assist others in accessing mindfulness and therapy-based resources.
(Inter-)Connect
Nondual mindfulness is about connection. I enjoy connecting with all practitioners, whether experienced and/or just curious. Whatever brings you here, know that I appreciate ether opportunity to meet you just where you are.
Feel free to reach out. We can have tea over a Zoom call, meet in person, and just generally chat about what’s feeling alive for you lately.
