Individual, group and applied facilitation
Effortless Mindfulness lends well to authentic and intimate engagement with all aspects of life. Ultimately, the goal will be to dissolve the lines between practice/life and operate from flow. We’ll emphasize how we can access the freedom and interconnection meditation reveals, but also how to embody and live from that type of being (relating with others, creating, engaging in our modern world, etc).
The practices lend well to group dialogue, peer-to-peer dyads, one-on-one sessions, and optimal functioning training. Group practice can be particularly insightful tool that helps practitioners embody what they are experiencing and live from it.
In one-on-one sessions, the practices reconcile the chorus of our inner/outer environments, ultimately providing insight into who (or, more specifically, what) everything arises to. Beyond those containers, nondual presence allows for mindful flow in whatever activity we may choose (without relying on effort from our everyday thinking mind). In short, all applications are welcome - we don’t have to try to control our environment or retreat from the world into silence to live from wakefulness.
Nondual presence reveals the unity of all that arises and what it arises to. As a result, we’re brought closer to all the various circumstances that our human lives include - whether that’s sitting in stillness or engaging with interests/loved ones. So, we can structure sessions however feels relevant. It’s really just up to our imagination.
